- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

- Other digital marketing services offered by Brightsun SEO
Circumstances for Refunds
- Project Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel a project before work has begun, you will receive a full refund.
- Unsatisfactory Performance: If, after a reasonable amount of time as defined in the project agreement, you are unsatisfied with the performance of our services, we will work with you to address your concerns. This may involve revisions, adjustments to the strategy, or a mutually agreeable termination of the project. In the case of termination, a prorated refund may be issued based on the completed work.
- Material Breach of Contract by Brightsun SEO: In the unlikely event that Brightsun SEO materially breaches the terms of our agreement, we will issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Services
- Initial Setup Fees: Setup fees associated with project initiation are non-refundable.
- Third-Party Charges: Costs associated with third-party services or advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads spend) are non-refundable.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact your Brightsun SEO account manager in writing, outlining the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond promptly.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, we will make a reasonable effort to reach a mutually agreeable resolution.
